All Nations United Pentecostal Church at 23A Woodlake Drive and Birch Hill Road in West Bay were founded by Bishop Dolbert Anthony Clarke who came to the Cayman Islands in 1987.

He is also the pastor of another branch church, All Nations Apostolic Tabernacle, Cayman Brac. The churches are affiliated to United Pentecostal Church International.

For several years the many attempts to have a Oneness Church that adhered to the principles and doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ failed. Many were started but succumbed to the pressures of the time. They either collapsed or began to compromise the truth. After a relentless search for a place of worship among the many groups that existed here in Grand Cayman in the late eighties, Bishop Clarke along with some like-minded brethren began meeting by the seaside. This marked the beginning of the All Nations United Pentecostal Church at George Town.

We honour and laud the man of God, our Bishop and Pastor, Dr. Dolbert Anthony Clarke who being led of God, after being ordained a minister, undertook the task to build this ministry in the Cayman Islands. There were surmounting difficulties spiritually, socially, politically and financially. Despite the embarrassments, and hardship, he remained relentless in his efforts to bring to fruition; the mandate and vision given by God. Pastor Clarke did not lose faith and hope in God. “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith.” 1John 5: 4.

In Romans 13: 7 the Apostle Paul reminds us to honour them that labour amongst us. In June 1991 the All Nations Family welcomed Sis Surrophine as she joined Pastor Clarke in holy matrimony. She makes invaluable contribution to the growth of this ministry. We are very humbled by the support and are extremely grateful to the Governments and Cooperate Bodies of Cayman Islands. We recognize and appreciate the untiring and overwhelming support of our overseas friends and churches, the many brethren who have come and gone and those who have remained. Each has made an indelible mark on this ministry and God will reward you for your acts of kindness.
